Established in 1995, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Center, Inc. (DHHSC) is a non-profit organization with local offices located across the state of Virginia. DHHSC provides information and services for our community.
Our mission is to work toward improving the quality of life for the deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind and people with difficulty speaking, and to educate the general public about the needs of our communities.
